Graduation procedure
Graduates should not begin the graduation procedure until all final grades are submitted to the Registrar's Division.
- Log in to the graduation system
Please access the Online Application System for Graduation from NCKU.
Read the “Note” thoroughly, complete the procedure, and print out the Application Form for Graduation from NCKU. - Complete departmental questionnaire
Fill in the online questionnaire for graduates:
- Submit physical application forms
Submit the Application Form for Graduation from NCKU to the department office. The departmental stamp is available only after you complete the questionnaire. Then, bring the verified form to the Registrar’s Division to finalize the procedure.
