Course Addition (Over-enrollment)

1. Can I apply using a paper form?

According to the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) regulations, all requests must now be submitted online through the NCKU Course Information & Enrollment System.

2. Do I need to notify the instructor before applying online?

Please submit your online application first. Include a detailed reason and maintain a polite, sincere tone. After submitting, you may contact the instructor directly to further express your interest.

3. I want to add a course offered by another department. Do they also require the online system?

Please contact that department directly for their procedures.

4. What should I do if adding a course causes a schedule conflict or credit overload?
