Graduation Gown Rental Notice for NCKU DAA/ICA/IDPEE
(1)Registration form & IDs：Class/Lab representatives shall deposit their IDs before 3/15(Fri)12:00 to Ms. Yuting Lin at DAA office.
(2)Rent：Lab representatives should assemble at the courtyard of the department building on 3/18(Mon) 11:00-12:00 to receive caps and gowns.
(3)Return：Each lab representative shall return all gowns of his/her lab to Ms. Yuting Lin at DAA office on 6/4 (Tue) 09:00~16:00.
Important reminders
1. Lab representative needs to check rental amounts, sign on the sheet, and deposit an ID card.1
2. If the gown is too large, please fold the sleeves inward. Tailoring is prohibitted. No cleaning is needed upon returning. Please keep the gown dry.
