Notice of graduation application of academic year 2017

1. Only for Senior students (including deferred students)

Procedure: Download IBDPE Graduation Checklist (attachment 1) → refer your transcript to fill-in the checklist → bring the completed checklist and your 2 inches Graduation Photo (Have your department, student ID and name written down behind ) to Room 5837 on 11:10-12:00, Apr.23 (Mon.)

2. For students who are taking double major, minor study or teacher education program：Must come to the department office to claim your transcript to the second major/minor department to examine the graduation application before 16:00, Apr.20 (Fri.), then come back to DAA’s office to finish your graduation application before 12:00, Apr.23 (Mon.)

Every senior student should complete the graduation application, otherwise shall not graduate
