From this semester on, students need to upload their seminar reports via NCKU MOODLE platform before EACH week’s deadline. Students NO LONGER needs to submit their reports to the department office by the end of spring semester.

According to the new seminar regulations, DAA and ICA domestic (aka Taiwanese) students are required to attend and submit 6 reports from the regular (Friday) seminar and 2 reports from irregular seminar. On the other hand, DAA international students and IDPEE students are required to attend and submit 2 regular reports from their own group and 6 irregular reports. Students need to use their student ID to check in and check out for regular seminar attendance record. To view the complete revised seminar regulations, please go to “seminar” for more information.

Steps to upload seminar report:
1. Go to http://activity.ncku.edu.tw/index.php?c=auth , log in and you will see DAA/IDPEE seminar schedule.
2. Choose seminars according to your student status (For international students, you need to choose at least two seminars from your own group.)
3. Check in by using your student ID before each seminar begins. Same with checking out.
4. Download report templates from DAA/IDPEE website and submit your report via NCKU Moodle http://moodle.ncku.edu.tw/ before deadline.
5. Seminar TA (游尚融) will be at Jih-Chang Auditorium every Friday. If you have any questions, you'd ask him for assistance.
